OUR MISSION:

For the welfare of our children, the PTO works to promote good will, to encourage interest in educational matters, to develop a closer cooperation between teachers and parents and to provide opportunities for cultural, educational, and social benefits.





The New Hartford PTO sponsors many great events and programs throughout the year that our students, parents, and community enjoy. The PTO continues to financially support and enhance the education of all New Hartford children in grades PreK-6.

New Hartford Parents and Teachers work together to help create the best possible school experience for our children. We provide an avenue for communication between home and school, with opportunities to make a difference for our children.We have funded enrichment programs including anti-bullying programs, Shakesperience, The Amidons, Roaring Brook Nature center, poet Kenn Nesbitt, author Elise Broach, 6th-grade History Day teams, 2nd-grade Warner Theatre show, and many more assemblies that are brought to the schools for the enhancement of education.

We are a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations to our organization are tax-deductible.
